Care and comfort for you or a loved one during
life's final stages is our concern. From
the touch of a friendly hand to the services
of skilled nurses and doctors, CHANS Home
Health Care is there when you need us.
You or your loved one can expect CHANS Home Health
Care to deliver the medically-based hospice care
needed at home. Our professionals include skilled
nurses, social workers, aides and therapists.
We also provide pastoral counseling if desired
and work in close cooperation with other organizations
such as the Hospice Volunteers of Mid Coast Maine.
Our goal is simple: enable you or your loved one to remain at home in dignity while receiving professional, medically-based support from a team of caring professionals.
