Meet Holly, RN

Thank you for visiting our web site. I am Holly Fournier and I am proud to be the nurse manager of our private duty program. I have 20 years of nursing experience with Mid Coast Health Services working not only in home health care but also in the hospital, rehabilitation, assisted living, and long term care. I love being part of the CHANS home health care team because we have a great staff and because our clients can really depend on us to provide consistent quality care. I have utilized these services for my own family members.

I, or one of the registered nurses of our qualified staff, will be pleased to make a home visit and assist you in working through your needs to determine a plan of care for your loved one. This plan includes a complete nursing assessment with recommendations for services we can provide in the comfort of your home.

My scheduler in the office is my colleague Deborah Hayslip. You will appreciate the warm and efficient reception you will receive when Deb picks up the phone. If I am not in the office, she can certainly answer most of your questions and start the process of bringing CHANS care to your home.
