care given by the staff of CHANS Home Health Care.
Donations from patients we have served, or from
their loved ones, are greatly appreciated and
help us to enhance the training, resources and
professional healthcare services that we provide.
There are a number of ways to say “thank
you” to CHANS Home Health Care:
- Unrestricted gifts of cash provide
immediate support of CHANS Home Health Care
for use as needed most. Donations may be mailed
or delivered to CHANS Home Health Care, 60 Baribeau
Drive, Brunswick, ME 04011.

Gifts restricted for the benefit of particular
CHANS Home Health Care programs such as Hospice
Care, the Staff Scholarship Fund or other specific
needs are welcomed. Please include a note with
your gift indicating how you wish your gift
to be used by CHANS Home Health Care.

Memorial donations are a thoughtful way to remember
a loved one cared for by CHANS Home Health Care.
We advise the family of all memorial donations
that are received, and send gift acknowledgment
notes to donors.
Donations given in honor and recognition of
caring services provided by members of the CHANS
Home Health Care care-giving team are also most
appreciated.
